Class 6 have had a really exciting day learning about the Egyptians!
We began by competing in an escape room challenge. We had to use facts about the Egyptians to solve clues and escape before time ran out. Luckily, both teams were able to escape with seconds to spare!
We also learned a lot about the Egyptian gods and goddesses including Ra, Osiris, Anubis and Horus.
This afternoon, after learning about Ani's Book of the Dead, we practiced writing in hieroglyphics. Here are some of our names written in hieroglyphics!
